(Bangkok Post file photo by Pattanapong Hirunard)The Criminal Court on Wednesday postponed for a month the reading of an Appeal Court ruling in the drug abuse case of Kan-anek Pachimsawat, whose son "Mu Ham" was jailed for deliberately driving his Mercedes into people waiting at a bus stop and whose ex-wife was a former Miss Thailand. On May 27 last year the Criminal Court sentenced him to two years and nine months in jail without suspension, and a fine of 200,000 baht. Mr Kan-anek admitted to having the drug for personal abuse, but denied he also sold it. Kanpitak, 27, was handed a two-year jail sentence by the Supreme Court in 2015.
